Friday – visit the oldest European market in Carpentras. This market is considered the truffle capital of the world. Lots of vegetables and fruits directly from the farms. Get some of the best chocolate at “Jouvaud” and some wine and cheese at the “Fromagerie du Comtat.” This is truly a gourmet’s heaven.
